The PEVVF 700/315х1600-60 is the most compact model with a top-mounted drive: a 700 × 1600 mm trough, throughput up to 60 m³/h, a lump size up to 160 mm and a mass of 1300 kg. The top drive frees the space beneath the trough, which solves the problem where that zone is occupied. The VEM-T1 drive takes up to 12 A at 0–300 V, with dimensions within 2820×1080×930 mm and supply 380 V, 50 Hz.

Where it is used

Discharging crushed material up to 160 mm from a bin with no room beneath it for a drive or its servicing, while the drive stays accessible from above.
Stations with supporting steelwork directly under the trough, where a bottom drive physically cannot be placed and moving the structure is not an option.
Feeding equipment at up to 60 m³/h at a height of just 930 mm — the lowest among top-drive models, so it fits under a bin with little clearance.
Rebuilding a section where the feeder cannot be lowered and the drive has to be serviced from above; the station scheme stays as it is.

When is a top-mounted drive needed?

When the space beneath the trough is occupied by structures or cannot be reached for servicing. The bottom-drive equivalent at the same throughput is the PEVF 700/315х1800-60.

Is this the smallest top-drive model?

Yes — 1300 kg and a height of 930 mm are the lowest figures among the PEVVF models; the rest of that group weigh 1600 to 2600 kg.

What supply does the VEM-T1 drive need?

380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–300 V and coil current no more than 12 A.
