The PEVF 700/315х1800-60 is the base size of the heavy-duty 700 mm range: an 1800 mm trough, throughput up to 60 m³/h and a lump size up to 160 mm. Mass is 1200 kg with dimensions within 2170×1080×990 mm. Within the 700/315 range it is the middle length — between the short 1250 mm model and the extended 2350 and 2600 mm versions. The bottom-mounted VEM-T1 drive takes coil current up to 12 A at 0–300 V.

Where it is used

The classic discharge station under a receiving bin, where heavy-series robustness is needed at a moderate flow. Stations like this are the most common, which is why this size counts as the base of the range.
Feeding a screen or conveyor with lumps up to 160 mm when a 1250 mm trough does not reach the receiving point. Those 550 mm of extra trough decide whether the feeder reaches the receiving equipment.
Working under a bin with impact loading, where the light series at the same 60 m³/h would not survive the duty.
Replacing a worn heavy feeder in a frame rated for 1.2 tonnes: mounting dimensions match most previously installed feeders of this class.

How do the models of the 700/315 range differ from each other?

Only in trough length and mass. The 1250 mm model weighs 1150 kg, the 1800 mm one 1200 kg, the 2350 mm one 1300 kg and the 2600 mm one 1350 kg. Width of 700 mm, 60 m³/h, the 160 mm lump size and the VEM-T1 drive with current up to 12 A are identical across all four.

What are this model's dimensions?

Within 2170×1080×990 mm. At 990 mm it stands slightly taller than the extended versions of the range, which come in at 960 mm.

Why choose the heavy series at only 60 m³/h?

For the loading conditions, not the flow. The light ПЭВ 700/315х1800-60 gives the same 60 m³/h at 400 kg but is designed for steady feed; the heavy series with a VEM-T1 drive takes the impact of large lumps.
