We work across Russia and the EAEU (Kazakhstan, Belarus) — from invoicing to shipping finished equipment. Below are payment terms, lead times and delivery options.
We work on a wire-transfer basis for legal entities and sole proprietors: an invoice is issued once the specification is agreed, with payment under a supply contract — typically a deposit plus a final payment when the equipment is ready to ship. Settlement is in Russian rubles; for deliveries to Kazakhstan and Belarus, payment in tenge or Belarusian rubles via EAEU correspondent bank accounts can be arranged — see the Kazakhstan and Belarus delivery pages for details.
Standard catalog PEV feeders and VEM drives ship in 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit. Custom designs (a bespoke tray, a covered enclosure, non-standard capacity) are quoted individually and the lead time is stated in the commercial offer.
We ship via freight carriers across Russia and the EAEU; pickup from our St. Petersburg warehouse is also available. Oversized and heavy feeders ship on a dedicated truck; smaller orders and spare parts can be consolidated with other freight. Deliveries to Kazakhstan and Belarus move without customs duties — both countries are EAEU members together with Russia, and paperwork is limited to transport and tax documents (a waybill and an invoice).
Deliveries within the EAEU (Russia–Kazakhstan–Belarus) require no customs clearance — goods move freely between union member states. Our default terms are EXW/FCA (pickup from the warehouse or handover to a carrier in St. Petersburg); on request we can arrange delivery to the customer's warehouse under terms close to CPT. For deliveries outside the EAEU, Incoterms and customs clearance are agreed individually.
