The ПЭВ 700/315х1600-60 is a light-duty feeder with an open trough of 700 × 1600 mm, a maximum throughput of 60 m³/h and a lump size up to 160 mm. The key difference from the heavy-duty series of the same size is mass: 400 kg against 1150–1200 kg for the PEVF 700 models, because this one uses a light ВЭМ-Л4 drive with current up to 9 A. Supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–300 V, dimensions within 1760×920×840 mm.

Where it is used

Feeding crushed material up to 160 mm where loading is steady and the trough does not take impact from a tipper discharge.
Feeding a conveyor or screen at up to 60 m³/h on a site whose supporting structure is not rated for a heavy feeder of more than a tonne.
Working under a surge bin where material arrives from a conveyor rather than being dropped in by bucket.
Upgrading a station that needs the full 700 mm trough width but has no room for the heavy series, either by mass or by height. Stations like that are common where the layout was designed around light equipment from the outset.

How does it differ from the PEVF 700/315х1250-60?

In series and drive. This one has a light ВЭМ-Л4 drive with current up to 9 A and a mass of 400 kg; the PEVF 700/315х1250-60 has a heavy VEM-T1 drive with current up to 12 A and a mass of 1150 kg. Throughput of 60 m³/h and the 160 mm lump size are identical, but the heavy series is built for harsher loading.

What is the maximum lump size?

Up to 160 mm — the ceiling for light-duty models, shared with the ПЭВ 700/315х1800-60. Narrower light-duty feeders stop lower: 120 mm at 600 mm width and 90 mm at 500 mm.

How much space does it need?

Dimensions within 1760×920×840 mm at 400 kg. The drive is bottom-mounted, so service access below the trough and room for vibration isolators are required.
