This Privacy Policy applies to all information that vibromech.ru (the "Site"), operated by Vibromekhanika LLC (the "Operator"), may obtain about a user while using the Site.

When submitting the contact form, the Operator processes: name, phone number and/or email address, and message content. When the form is submitted, the Site also automatically records the IP address, browser type (User-Agent), timestamp, and the fact that consent was given — this data is used solely as evidence of consent (a consent log) and is stored separately from the message itself. No payment data, ID documents or special categories of personal data are collected.
Personal data is processed solely to handle quote requests, technical enquiries and contract preparation. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
Processing is based on the data subject's consent, given upon form submission, and, for EU residents, on Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR (consent / pre-contractual measures). Data of Russian residents is additionally processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).

The Site uses Yandex Metrica web analytics to collect anonymized traffic statistics and evaluate marketing sources. The Metrica counter loads and sets cookies (including _ym_uid, _ym_d and other Yandex Metrica technical identifiers) only after the user clicks "Accept" on the cookie-consent banner shown on first visit. If the user declines or makes no choice, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics is not used on the Site. Besides analytics cookies, the Site sets one technical cookie, vm_csrf — it is not used for user identification and exists solely to protect the contact form against request forgery (CSRF); it expires after 1 hour. Users may change their cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's browser data.
The Site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). The Operator applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.
