The PEVF 950/370х2000-90 is the two-metre option of the 950 mm range: up to 90 m³/h, a lump size up to 250 mm and a mass of 1400 kg. Compared with the 1500 mm model it uses a VEM-T2 drive instead of a VEM-T1, with the same coil current of 12 A at 0–300 V. Dimensions are within 2330×1180×1070 mm. Mass is given excluding vibration isolators and the control unit.

Where it is used

Discharging ore and crushed rock up to 250 mm two metres clear of the bin outlet. Two metres covers most standard crushing-station layouts.
Feeding primary crushing at up to 90 m³/h on a site of medium throughput. In flow terms this sits in the middle of the heavy-duty series, between the 60 and 150 m³/h models.
Transferring material between bin and conveyor when the 1500 mm trough falls short and 2500 mm is excessive on mass. The mass spread across the range runs to over a tonne.
Mineral-processing stations needing a wide 950 mm trough at a moderate structural mass — 1400 kg against 1700 and 2600 kg for the long models of the range.

Questions and answers

How does it differ from the PEVF 950/370х1500-90?

In trough length and drive: 2000 mm and a VEM-T2 against 1500 mm and a VEM-T1. Mass is 1400 kg against 1350 kg, coil current on both is no more than 12 A, and throughput of 90 m³/h and the 250 mm lump size are identical.

What if more than two metres of reach is needed?

The PEVF 950/370х2500-90 with a 2500 mm trough at 1700 kg, or the PEVF 950/390х3000-90 with a 3000 mm trough at 2600 kg — the longest in the heavy-duty series.

What are the feeder's dimensions?

Within 2330×1180×1070 mm. The drive is bottom-mounted, so access beneath the trough is required for servicing.
