The PEVF 950/370х1500-90 is the shortest feeder in the 950 mm range: a 1500 mm trough at up to 90 m³/h with a lump size up to 250 mm. At 1350 kg it is the lightest of that width, with a VEM-T1 drive taking current up to 12 A at 0–300 V. Dimensions are within 1880×1180×1120 mm. It is chosen when a wide trough and 90 m³/h are both needed but the station is short on length.

Where it is used

Discharging coarse rock up to 250 mm from a receiving bin in a station tightly constrained by length. At 1880 mm the overall length is the smallest among 950 mm wide models.
Feeding a crusher at up to 90 m³/h where reach is minimal but flow width matters. The short trough does not cost throughput — it stays at 90 m³/h.
Working on a site whose structure is rated for roughly 1.4 tonnes, where heavier models will not fit. At 1350 kg it is the lightest in the range.
A station where the 950 mm trough width is needed to take surge loading but a long trough cannot be accommodated.

Questions and answers

How does this size differ from the other 950 mm models?

In trough length, drive and mass. Here 1500 mm, a VEM-T1 drive and 1350 kg; the 2000 mm model uses a VEM-T2 at 1400 kg, the 2500 mm one weighs 1700 kg, and the 3000 mm one uses a VEM-T4 at 2600 kg. Throughput of 90 m³/h and the 250 mm lump size are the same across all of them.

What lump size is permissible?

Up to 250 mm. The 700 mm wide models stop at 160 mm and the 1200 mm models reach 320 mm.

What dimensions should be allowed?

Within 1880×1180×1120 mm at 1350 kg excluding vibration isolators and the control unit.
