The PEVF 700/315х1250-60 is the most compact model of the heavy-duty series: a 700 × 1250 mm trough at 1150 kg — the lowest mass among the heavy-duty feeders. Throughput is up to 60 m³/h with a lump size up to 160 mm. The bottom-mounted VEM-T1 drive takes coil current up to 12 A at 0–300 V, supply 380 V, 50 Hz. Dimensions are within 1720×1080×1040 mm, excluding vibration isolators and the control unit.

Where it is used

Discharging crushed material up to 160 mm from a receiving bin where loading is heavy but there is little room along the station.
Feeding a crusher or screen at up to 60 m³/h in conditions where the light series is ruled out by impact loading during charging.
Working under a bin with a short reach: at 1250 mm the trough is the shortest in the heavy-duty series.
Smaller mineral-processing stations that need heavy-series robustness without its footprint and two-tonne-plus mass. An overall length of 1720 mm lets it fit a station laid out for shorter equipment.

Questions and answers

Why choose the heavy series if the throughput is the same 60 m³/h?

Because loading conditions are harsher. The heavy series with a VEM-T1 drive and 1150 kg is built for impact loading, whereas the light ПЭВ 700/315х1600-60 at the same throughput weighs 400 kg and uses a ВЭМ-Л4 drive.

Is this the lightest heavy-duty model?

Yes, 1150 kg is the lowest mass among the heavy-duty feeders; most models in the range run from 1200 to 2600 kg.

What supply does the VEM-T1 drive need?

380 V, 50 Hz, with coil voltage adjustable from 0 to 300 V and coil current no more than 12 A.
