The PEVF 700/315х2600-60 is the longest feeder in the 700 mm range: a 2600 mm trough, 2830 mm overall length and 1350 kg. Throughput is up to 60 m³/h with a lump size up to 160 mm, as across the whole range. It is chosen where reach is dictated by the layout rather than by throughput. The bottom-mounted VEM-T1 drive takes coil current up to 12 A at 0–300 V, supply 380 V, 50 Hz.

Where it is used

Discharging across a span of nearly three metres when the receiving equipment cannot be moved closer to the bin. Overall length reaches 2830 mm, so the space has to be checked in advance.
Stations with awkward layouts where supporting steelwork stands between the bin outlet and the conveyor. Going around it with the trough is cheaper than moving the conveyor or rebuilding the station.
Feeding lumps up to 160 mm with the longest reach available at 700 mm width while keeping 60 m³/h. Flow and lump size stay the same as on the short models of the range.
Replacing a short-feeder-plus-conveyor pairing with a single 1350 kg unit where the length is available: one machine instead of two to service.

Questions and answers

Is this the longest feeder in the series?

In the 700 mm range, yes — 2600 mm of trough. Across the whole heavy-duty series only the PEVF 950/390х3000-90 is longer at 3000 mm, but it is wider and rated for 90 m³/h.

How much length does it need?

Overall dimensions are within 2830×1080×960 mm, plus room for vibration isolators and access to the drive beneath the trough.

Does its electrical side differ from the shorter models?

No. VEM-T1 drive, coil voltage 0–300 V, current no more than 12 A — the same as the 1250, 1800 and 2350 mm models of that width.
