The PEVF 700/315х2350-60 is an extended heavy-duty feeder: a 700 × 2350 mm trough at up to 60 m³/h with a lump size up to 160 mm. Mass is 1300 kg, dimensions within 2560×1080×960 mm. This length is chosen when material has to be carried almost two and a half metres from the bin outlet. The bottom-mounted VEM-T1 drive takes coil current up to 12 A at 0–300 V.

Where it is used

Carrying crushed material from under a bin beyond the supporting structure when the receiving station is offset from the outlet. The feeder bridges that offset without an intermediate conveyor or an extra transfer point.
Spanning a long gap between bin and conveyor with no intermediate transfer. That removes one piece of equipment from the scheme along with its servicing and power draw.
Feeding equipment set to one side of the bin with lumps up to 160 mm at up to 60 m³/h. Trough width stays at 700 mm; only the reach changes.
Stations where the material must settle into an even layer across the full 700 mm width before discharge.

Questions and answers

How far does this model carry material?

The trough is 2350 mm long with an overall length of 2560 mm. That is 550 mm more than the 1800 mm model and 250 mm less than the longest in the range at 2600 mm.

Does throughput change with trough length?

No. Every model in the 700/315 range is rated at 60 m³/h with a 160 mm lump size; length governs reach, not flow. Only mass changes — 1300 kg here.

What electrical supply does it need?

380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–300 V and coil current no more than 12 A, with a VEM-T1 drive.
