The PEVF 700/550х1800-60 differs from the other 700 mm wide models in the second figure of its designation — 550 instead of 315 mm. At the same 1800 mm trough length and the same 60 m³/h it runs a higher coil current (13 A against 12 A), a higher voltage ceiling (0–315 V against 0–300 V) and a greater mass of 1400 kg. Dimensions are within 2230×1100×1250 mm, making it the tallest model of the 700 mm range.

Where it is used

Discharging material up to 160 mm where the layout calls for a larger second trough dimension. That extra dimension gives more flow cross-section at the same 700 mm trough width.
Stations with a deep material layer on the trough, where the 315 range runs short of cross-section — materials that travel thick and level out poorly on a narrow trough.
Working under a bin with heavy loading, provided the 1250 mm height fits the site. That height is the largest in the range and is most often the limiting factor.
Feeding crushing equipment at up to 60 m³/h in a version with a higher-current drive arrangement, allowed for when selecting the cabinet.

How does it differ from the PEVF 700/315х1800-60?

In the second designation figure and in the electrical side. Here 550 mm against 315 mm, coil current up to 13 A against 12 A, voltage 0–315 V against 0–300 V, and 1400 kg against 1200 kg. Trough length of 1800 mm, 60 m³/h and the 160 mm lump size are the same.

Why is it taller?

Height is within 1250 mm against 990 mm for the 315 model of the same range. This needs checking on site, especially under a low bin outlet.

Is there a covered version of this size?
