The PEVF 1400/380х2550-250 is a heavy-duty feeder rated at 250 m³/h with a 1400 × 2550 mm trough and a lump size up to 380 mm. It is the second-largest step in the range, below only the 1500 mm model at 300 m³/h. The bottom-mounted VEM-T4 drive takes coil current up to 16 A at 0–310 V, supply 380 V, 50 Hz. Mass excluding vibration isolators and the control unit is 2600 kg, dimensions within 3180×1730×1300 mm.

Where it is used

Discharging coarse rock in lumps up to 380 mm from the receiving bin of a quarry or a crushing and screening plant.
Feeding a primary crusher at up to 250 m³/h, where 150 m³/h no longer covers the throughput of the plant.
Working under a large-capacity bin discharged by heavy tippers, where a 1400 mm trough takes the whole loading front.
Mineral-processing stations running continuously, where stopping the feeder stops the entire line and throughput margin is needed at all times. Downtime there costs more than the price gap between adjacent sizes, so the margin is designed in from the start.
