The PEVF 1200/340х2500-150 is a heavy-duty feeder with a 1200 × 2500 mm trough and throughput up to 150 m³/h at a lump size of 320 mm. Among the 1200 mm models with a 2500 mm trough it is the low-profile option: overall height 1060 mm against 1420 mm for the VEM-T4 version. The bottom-mounted VEM-T3 drive takes coil current up to 16 A at 0–310 V, and mass is 1700 kg.

Where it is used

Discharging ore and rock in lumps up to 320 mm from a receiving bin where headroom between the outlet and the receiving equipment is tight.
Feeding a primary crusher at up to 150 m³/h with material carried two and a half metres clear of the outlet.
Working in a station limited by building height: at 1060 mm overall it fits where the 1420 mm version will not.
Transferring coarse rock at a mining plant, where a 1200 mm trough takes surge loading and has to hold it without skewing the flow.

How does it differ from the PEVF 1200/550х2500-150?

In drive, mass and height, at the same 2500 mm trough length and 150 m³/h. This model uses a VEM-T3 drive, weighs 1700 kg and stands 1060 mm tall; the 550 version uses a VEM-T4, weighs 2600 kg and stands 1420 mm.

What electrical supply does it need?

380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–310 V and coil current no more than 16 A. Output is set smoothly by the control cabinet from zero to 150 m³/h.

What is the largest permissible lump?

Up to 320 mm, as on all 1200 mm wide models. For coarser material there is the PEVF 1400/380х2550-250 at 380 mm and the PEVF 1500/460х2500-300 at 400 mm.
