The ПЭВ 700/315х1800-60 is the widest feeder in the light-duty open-trough group at 700 × 1800 mm. Permissible lump size is 160 mm — the highest among the light-duty models — so it handles pieces that a 500 mm width can no longer accept. Maximum throughput is 60 m³/h. The ВЭМ-Л4 drive is mounted underneath, supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, coil current up to 9 A, mass 400 kg.

Where it is used

Discharging crushed rock and coarse aggregate up to 160 mm from a receiving bin onto a belt — this is the lump-size ceiling for light-duty models.
Working in a primary crushing station where piece size varies and a narrow trough tends to bridge and hang up.
Feeding a screen evenly at up to 60 m³/h: surge feeding upsets fraction separation, smooth control from the cabinet prevents it.
Transferring rock screenings and coarse slag at mining and metallurgical plants, where the deciding factor is a 700 mm flow width rather than flow depth.

Up to 160 mm. That is the highest figure among light-duty open-trough feeders: 600 mm wide models stop at 120 mm and 500 mm wide models at 90 mm.

How does it differ from the ПЭВ 700/315х1600-60?

Only in trough length — 1800 mm against 1600 mm. Width of 700 mm, 160 mm lump size, 60 m³/h throughput, the ВЭМ-Л4 drive and the 400 kg mass are identical. The choice comes down to how far the material must be carried.

What electrical supply does the ВЭМ-Л4 drive need?

380 V, 50 Hz; coil voltage adjustable from 0 to 300 V with coil current no more than 9 A. A ШУВ cabinet or БУВ unit does the adjusting and sets output anywhere from zero to maximum.
