Representative 3D drawing for this feeder design
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder, light feeders, open tray · drive ВЭМ-Л3
The ПЭВ 500/350х1200-50 is a light-duty electromagnetic feeder with an open trough 500 mm wide and 1200 mm long. Maximum throughput is 50 m³/h with a lump size up to 90 mm — among the models in this group rated for that flow, this one has the shortest trough. The ВЭМ-Л3 drive sits underneath, supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, and coil current does not exceed 7 A. Mass excluding vibration isolators and the control unit is 275 kg.

* Capacity measured on dry sand (bulk density 1.52 kg/dm³) at standard tray incline; adjustable from zero to maximum via the control unit.
Throughput is set by the flow cross-section and the drive regime, not by trough length. The ПЭВ 500/350х1200-50 uses a ВЭМ-Л3 drive with coil current up to 7 A, while longer models of the same width are rated for 30 m³/h. Trough length governs how far the material has to be carried out from under the bin.
Yes. Coil voltage is adjustable from 0 to 300 V by a ШУВ cabinet or БУВ unit, so output varies smoothly from zero to maximum. The 50 m³/h figure is the maximum, measured on dry sand with a bulk density of 1.52 kg/dm³.
That is the feeder alone, without vibration isolators or a control unit. Their mass and mounting dimensions have to be accounted for separately when sizing the support frame; feeder dimensions do not exceed 1510×720×770 mm.
We do not publish prices: cost is calculated for the specific duty — tray design and lining, control cabinet or unit, climatic version, batch size and delivery terms. Send us the material parameters and the throughput you need.
