The ПЭВ 500/300х1600-30 has an open trough of 500 × 1600 mm, a maximum throughput of 30 m³/h and a lump size up to 90 mm. Among the 500 mm wide models rated at 30 m³/h it is the lightest: 290 kg against 390 and 400 kg for the 1800 and 2000 mm versions, since a ВЭМ-Л3 drive suffices here. Supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, current up to 7 A, dimensions within 1900×720×680 mm.

Where it is used

Discharging crushed stone and gravel up to 90 mm from under a bin, carrying it roughly a metre and a half to the transfer point.
Feeding aggregates on a construction-materials line where 30 m³/h is set by the process and the load margin of the supporting structure is limited.
Feeding a conveyor or screen with an even stream: coil voltage adjusts from 0 to 300 V, so the rate can be matched to the specific material.
Replacing a feeder in a station whose frame is rated for around 300 kg, where 400 kg models no longer fit without reinforcement.

How does it differ from the ПЭВ 500/300х1800-30?

In trough length and drive. At the same 30 m³/h and 90 mm lump size, this model has a 1600 mm trough, a ВЭМ-Л3 drive with current up to 7 A and a mass of 290 kg; the 1800 mm model uses a ВЭМ-Л4 with current up to 9 A and weighs 390 kg.

Can this model be used if 50 m³/h is needed?

No, 30 m³/h is its maximum. For 50 m³/h at the same width there is the ПЭВ 500/350х1200-50 with a short trough, or the ПЭВ 500/450х1600-50 with the same trough length but a mass of 410 kg.

What dimensions should the layout allow?

No more than 1900×720×680 mm. The drive is bottom-mounted, so access below the trough and room for vibration isolators have to be left.
