The ПЭВ 360/215х1250-25 has an open trough of 360 × 1250 mm, a maximum throughput of 25 m³/h and a lump size up to 50 mm. It differs from the shorter model of the same rating in its ВЭМ-Л3 drive and a mass of 250 kg against 135 kg: a longer trough calls for a stronger drive. Where it is used

Carrying material up to 50 mm from under a bin about a metre and a half clear, with no intermediate conveyor: overall length is 1570 mm.
Feeding a mixing station that needs a long run-up section and an even stream without pulsing across the full trough width.
Supplying drying or conveying equipment at a moderate 25 m³/h with smooth control from a ШУВ cabinet or БУВ unit.
Working where width is constrained: a 360 mm trough passes where a 500 mm feeder no longer fits.

How does it differ from the ПЭВ 360/215х940-25?

In trough length and drive. At the same 25 m³/h and the same cross-section, the 1250 mm model uses a ВЭМ-Л3 drive with current up to 7 A and coil voltage up to 300 V, and weighs 250 kg against 135 kg for the 940 mm model.

What lump size suits this model?

No more than 50 mm. Coarser material calls for models 500 mm wide and up, where the limit is 90 mm, or the 700 mm wide model at 160 mm.

How much space does the feeder occupy?

Dimensions stay within 1570×590×670 mm. The drive is bottom-mounted, so the layout has to allow access beneath the trough and room for vibration isolators.
