The ПЭВ 360/215х940-25 has an open trough of 360 × 940 mm and a maximum throughput of 25 m³/h with a lump size up to 50 mm. Among the models rated at 25 m³/h it is the lightest: 135 kg against 250 kg for the 1250 mm version, because a ВЭМ-Л2 drive is enough here. Supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–250 V, current up to 6 A, dimensions within 1170×500×530 mm.

Where it is used

Feeding material up to 50 mm over a short run where 25 m³/h is required but there is no room for a metre-and-a-half trough: overall length is just 1170 mm.
Supplying a metering or mixing station where structural weight and load on the support frame matter more than how far the material is carried.
Mounting on an existing steel structure not rated for 250 kg: at 135 kg the feeder goes in without reinforcing the supports or reworking the station.
Feeding screenings, sand and fine aggregate into a transfer point with smooth ramp-up from zero to the full 25 m³/h via a control cabinet or unit.

Questions and answers

Why is this model half the mass of the ПЭВ 360/215х1250-25 at the same throughput?

Because the trough is shorter: 940 mm against 1250 mm. A shorter trough is served by a ВЭМ-Л2 drive with current up to 6 A, whereas the 1250 mm model uses a ВЭМ-Л3 with current up to 7 A. Hence 135 kg against 250 kg.

What lump size is permissible?

No more than 50 mm. A 360 mm trough width is designed for exactly that fraction; for lumps up to 90 mm you need models 500 mm wide.

How does it differ from the PEVU of the same size?

In trough design: this one is open, the PEVU 360/215х940-25 is covered. Width, length, 25 m³/h throughput, the ВЭМ-Л2 drive and the 135 kg mass are identical.
