The ПЭВ 300/180х800-15 is a compact feeder with an open trough of 300 × 800 mm, a maximum throughput of 15 m³/h and a lump size up to 50 mm. Overall dimensions stay within 1100×470×490 mm and mass is 135 kg excluding vibration isolators and the control unit. The ВЭМ-Л2 drive sits underneath; supply is 380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–250 V, current up to 6 A. It sits between the smallest 6 m³/h feeders and the 25 m³/h models.

Maximum throughput is 15 m³/h. Coil voltage is adjustable from 0 to 250 V, so output varies smoothly from zero to maximum via a ШУВ cabinet or БУВ unit.

What mass is it and what should be allowed for during installation?

135 kg without vibration isolators or a control unit, with dimensions within 1100×470×490 mm. The drive is bottom-mounted, so access has to be left underneath the trough.

What if more than 15 m³/h is needed?

The next step up in the group is the 25 m³/h models with a 360 mm trough width: the ПЭВ 360/215х940-25 at the same 135 kg, or the ПЭВ 360/215х1250-25 with a longer trough.
