The PEVU 360/215х1250-25 is a covered feeder with a 360 × 1250 mm trough and throughput up to 25 m³/h at a lump size of 50 mm. It is the longest option in the covered 360 mm line. The bottom-mounted ВЭМ-Л3 drive takes coil current up to 7 A at 0–300 V. Mass is 240 kg with dimensions within 1580×590×700 mm — ten kilograms lighter than the open model of the same size. Supply is 380 V, 50 Hz.

Where it is used

Carrying dusty material up to 50 mm about a metre and a half in an enclosed path, which removes dusting across the whole transfer section.
Feeding dry mixes and powders into a metering station where spillage en route is unacceptable — it matters most for mixes that become airborne easily.
Working on a site with air-cleanliness requirements, where an open trough of this length would raise noticeable dust and call for extraction.
Feeding equipment set away from the bin, with the material protected from moisture and foreign matter along the way.

How does it differ from the PEVU 360/215х940-25?

In trough length, drive and mass: 1250 mm with a ВЭМ-Л3 at up to 7 A and 240 kg, against 940 mm with a ВЭМ-Л2 at up to 6 A and 135 kg. Throughput of 25 m³/h and the 50 mm lump size are identical.

Is the covered model heavier than the open one?

Not in this size — the opposite: 240 kg covered against 250 kg for the open ПЭВ 360/215х1250-25. Height is 700 mm against 670 mm.

What is the coil voltage?

0–300 V at no more than 7 A, supply 380 V, 50 Hz, regulated by a ШУВ cabinet or БУВ unit.
