The ПЭВНМ 360/160х1000-16 is a special-design feeder with an open trough of 360 × 1000 mm and a maximum throughput of 16 m³/h. It is the largest model in the special-design group — the others are rated for 4 to 6 m³/h. Lump size is up to 50 mm, the ВЭМ-Л2 drive is bottom-mounted, supply 380 V, 50 Hz, coil voltage 0–250 V, current up to 6 A, mass 135 kg.

Where it is used

Metered feeding of bulk material into a batch process vessel that needs a moderate flow and precise control from zero to 16 m³/h.
Supplying a packing or weighing station at a fraction no coarser than 50 mm and a flow noticeably higher than the rest of the special-design group offers.
Fitting into a confined station: feeder height stays within 440 mm, so it goes under a low-set bin outlet.
Feeding components into a mixer on a food or chemical line where the trough has to be longer than 400 mm to clear the vessel.

How does this model differ from the rest of the special-design group?

In size and flow. The ПЭВНМ 360/160х1000-16 has a 360 × 1000 mm trough and 16 m³/h throughput, while the other three models in the group are rated for 4 to 6 m³/h with troughs of 400 to 600 mm. Mass differs too: 135 kg against 32 kg.

What lump size is permissible?

No more than 50 mm. For coarser material, look to open-trough feeders 500 mm wide and up, where the limit is 90 mm and above.

What supply and control does it need?

A 380 V, 50 Hz supply. Coil voltage is adjustable from 0 to 250 V with current up to 6 A. Output is set smoothly by a control cabinet or unit, from zero to the maximum 16 m³/h.
