The process is the same for a catalogue model and for a non-standard design: we select the equipment against your duty, then agree the specification and issue an invoice. Below are the steps and what is needed from you at each one.

Step 1. Send the duty parameters

Selection needs the material and its lump size, the required throughput, tray width and length allowed by the site, the duty cycle and the control method. If those are not gathered yet, the selection questionnaire walks through every point. If the model is already chosen, its designation is enough: sizes are in the PEV feeder catalogue, drives in the VEM section, and control devices on the ШУВ and БУВ page.

Step 2. Selection and quotation

We match the size and the control version to the duty and prepare a quotation. For non-standard designs — a bespoke tray, an enclosure, a non-catalogue throughput — the lead time is agreed individually and stated in the quotation rather than taken from the standard range.

Step 3. Specification and invoice

Once the specification is agreed we issue an invoice. We work by bank transfer with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; payment follows the supply contract — usually an advance and a final settlement when the equipment is ready for shipment. More on the payment page.

Step 4. Manufacturing

Catalogue PEV feeders and VEM drives are made in 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of the advance. The lead time is affected by tray lining for abrasive material, the climatic version, the choice and configuration of the control cabinet, and batch size. A non-standard design needs a separate design-approval stage before production, so its exact lead time is quoted after the duty parameters are received.

Step 5. Shipment and documents

We ship by transport companies across Russia and to the EAEU countries; self-collection from the St Petersburg warehouse is possible. Each consignment comes with the product data sheet, a delivery note (or UPD) and an invoice; certificates of conformity and questionnaires are supplied on request. Delivery terms are on the delivery page, warranty obligations on the warranty page.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start if the model is not chosen yet?

Send the material parameters and the required throughput — that is enough for selection. The questionnaire lists every question.

Can you build a feeder that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. Non-standard designs are engineered to the duty; the lead time is then agreed individually and stated in the quotation.

Who can be the buyer?

We work by bank transfer with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

What is supplied with the equipment?

The product data sheet, a delivery note or UPD and an invoice; certificates of conformity and questionnaires on request.
