We ship equipment by transport companies across Russia and to the EAEU countries; self-collection from the St Petersburg warehouse is possible.

How equipment is shipped

Oversized and heavy feeders are shipped on a dedicated vehicle, while small consignments and components travel as groupage. Which applies depends on the dimensions and mass of the specific item — both are given in the spec table of each card in the catalogue.

The spread is wide: the most compact special-design models weigh 32 kg at around half a metre overall, while heavy feeders of the 1200–1500 mm range reach 2600 kg at over three metres. That is what decides between groupage and a dedicated vehicle: one model can be taken on an ordinary loading dock, another needs space and handling gear.

Terms of delivery

The default terms are EXW/FCA: self-collection from the warehouse or handover to a carrier in St Petersburg. These are the default terms, not the only ones available: on request we can arrange delivery to the customer's warehouse ourselves — terms close to CPT. For deliveries outside the EAEU, Incoterms and customs clearance are discussed individually.

Deliveries within the EAEU

For deliveries within the EAEU — Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus — customs clearance is not required: goods move freely between member states, no duties are levied, and paperwork is limited to transport and tax documents (consignment note, invoice).

Road delivery from St Petersburg: to Kazakhstan — Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk; to Belarus — Minsk, Zhlobin, Soligorsk, Gomel, Mogilev. Country details are on the Kazakhstan and Belarus pages.

Shipping documents

Each consignment comes with the product data sheet, a delivery note (or UPD) and an invoice; certificates of conformity and questionnaires on request. The full list of technical documentation per model is in the documentation section.
